To provide a new oil supply structure for a vehicle driving device having two electric motors.SOLUTION: A vehicle driving device includes a motor (driving motor 11) and a generator 13. A common passage (fourth distribution passage 64) is formed in a partition wall 121 located between the motor and the generator. A first end of a motor shaft 11c and a second end of a generator shaft 13c are close to each other. A first shaft passage 11g formed in the motor shaft opens at the first end. A second shaft passage 13f formed in the generator shaft opens at the second end. The vehicle driving device further includes a distributor 4 that is held by a housing, is connected to the common passage, is not in contact with the motor shaft and the generator shaft, and distributes the oil supplied from the common passage through openings to each of the first shaft passage and the second shaft passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】二つの電動機を備えた車両用駆動装置の、新しいオイル供給構造を提供する。【解決手段】車両用駆動装置は、モータ（駆動モータ１１）と、ジェネレータ１３と、を備え、モータとジェネレータとの間に位置する仕切壁１２１の中には、共通通路（第４分配通路６４）が形成され、モータシャフト１１ｃの第１端とジェネレータシャフト１３ｃの第２端とは近接していると共に、第１端にはモータシャフトの中に形成された第１のシャフト通路１１ｇが開口しかつ、第２端にはジェネレータシャフトの中に形成された第２のシャフト通路１３ｆが開口しており、ハウジングに保持されて共通通路に接続されると共に、モータシャフト及びジェネレータシャフトには非接触でかつ、第１のシャフト通路及び第２のシャフト通路のそれぞれへ、開口を通じて共通通路から供給されたオイルを分配する分配器４をさらに備えている。【選択図】図６
