Zusammenfassung: | To provide a high-grade fiber formed product with low environmental load having excellent air permeability, flexibility, resistance to fatigue at 70°C, and recyclability even considering chemical recycling.SOLUTION: Provided is a fiber formed product having an indentation hardness at 25% compression of 200 g/cm2 or lower and a resistance to fatigue at 70°C of 60% or more, comprising, as main constituent components, a base fiber mainly containing polyethylene terephthalate and/or copolymerized polyethylene terephthalate, and a thermobonding fiber mainly containing copolymerized polyethylene terephthalate, wherein the fiber formed product has adhered points formed by the base fibers and the thermobonding fibers crossed and thermally fused to each other, and adhered points formed by the thermobonding fibers crossed and thermally fused to each other, thereby having a three-dimensional fiber network structure.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】通気性と柔軟性、70℃耐ヘタリ性、ケミカルリサイクルの観点でもリサイクル性に優れる、高品位で低環境負荷の繊維成型体を提供すること。【解決手段】25%圧縮時の硬さが200g/cm2以下であり、70℃耐ヘタリ性が60%以上であり、ポリエチレンテレフタレートおよび/または共重合ポリエチレンテレフタレートを主体とする母材繊維と、共重合ポリエチレンテレフタレートを主体とする熱接着繊維とを主たる構成成分とし、母材繊維と熱接着繊維が交叉した状態で熱融着により形成された固着点と、熱接着繊維同士が交叉した状態で熱融着により形成された固着点を有し、3次元繊維網目構造を有する、繊維成型体を提供する。【選択図】なし |
