INSPECTION MANAGEMENT DEVICE AND INSPECTION MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

To provide an inspection management device capable of efficiently patrolling and inspecting equipment and instruments of inspection objects in a facility.SOLUTION: An inspection management device comprises an inspection plan generation unit, an inspection result counting unit, a measurement result collection unit, and an inspection plan correction unit. The inspection plan generation unit generates a first inspection schedule including an inspection route for patrolling and inspecting at least one first inspection object article by an inspector in a facility. The inspection result counting unit counts inspection results with respect to the first inspection object article due to patrol inspection based on the first inspection schedule. The measurement result collection unit collects measurement results by a measuring instrument, with respect to a second inspection object article which is not an object of the patrol inspection due to the inspection schedule different from the first inspection object article. The inspection plan correction unit, when it is discriminated that the second inspection object article is in a predetermined state on the basis of the measurement results, generates a second inspection schedule obtained by correcting the first inspection schedule, including an inspection route for setting the second inspection object article as the object of the patrol inspection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】施設内の点検対象とする設備、機器について効率的に巡回、点検することが可能な点検管理装置を提供すること。【解決手段】本実施形態における点検管理装置は、点検計画生成部、点検結果集計部、測定結果収集部、点検計画修正部とを有する。点検計画生成部は、施設内における点検員による少なくとも１つの第１点検対象物品について巡回点検するための点検ルートを含む第１点検スケジュールを生成する。点検結果集計部は、第１点検スケジュールに基づく巡回点検による第１点検対象物品に対する点検結果を集計する。測定結果収集部は、第１点検対象物品とは異なる点検スケジュールによる巡回点検の対象としていない第２点検対象物品に対する、測定機器による測定結果を収集する。点検計画修正部は、測定結果に基づいて第２点検対象物品が予め決められた状態であることが判別される場合に、第２点検対象物品を巡回点検の対象とする点検ルートを含む、第１点検スケジュールを修正した第２点検スケジュールを生成する。【選択図】図１
