Zusammenfassung:	To provide a steel plate washer having excellent oil washability and iron powder removability while protecting members of equipment from corrosion, and a steel plate washing method using the steel plate washer, and a method for producing a steel plate.SOLUTION: A steel plate washer contains (A) at least one acid selected from phosphonic acids and phosphoric acids or salts thereof, (B) oxycarboxylic acid or a salt thereof and (C) water and has a pH of 1 or more and 8 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】設備の部材の腐食を抑制しながら油の洗浄性と鉄粉除去性が良好な鋼板用洗浄剤、並びに、当該鋼板用洗浄剤を用いた鋼板の洗浄方法及び鋼板の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】（Ａ）ホスホン酸類及びリン酸類から選ばれる１種以上の酸又はその塩と、（Ｂ）オキシカルボン酸又はその塩と、（Ｃ）水とを含有し、ｐＨが１以上８以下である、鋼板用洗浄剤。【選択図】なし
