PROTECTION CONTROL TERMINAL AND DISTRIBUTED PROTECTION CONTROL SYSTEM

To provide a protection control terminal and a distributed protection control system that can reduce the number of IEDs in a digital substation.SOLUTION: A protection control terminal of this embodiment is connected to a process bus and has an output unit, a communication unit, and a calculation unit. The output unit is connected to one breaker in a power system and controls the breaker without going through the process bus. The communication unit collects, via the process bus, system information, which is information on the power system detected by other protection control terminals connected to the process bus. The calculation unit identifies a system fault point where a system fault has occurred, based on information including the system information from the other protection control terminals collected by the communication unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】デジタル変電所において、ＩＥＤを削減することができる保護制御端末及び分散型保護制御システムを提供することである。【解決手段】本実施形態の保護制御端末は、プロセスバスに接続されるものであって、出力部と、通信部と、演算部とを持つ。出力部は、電力系統内の１つの遮断器に接続され、前記プロセスバスを介さずに前記遮断器を制御する。通信部は、前記プロセスバスに接続される他の保護制御端末が検出した前記電力系統の情報である系統情報を、前記プロセスバスを介して収集する。演算部は、前記通信部で収集した他の保護制御達末からの前記系統情報を含む情報に基づいて、系統事故が発生した箇所である系統事故点を特定する。【選択図】図３
