Zusammenfassung:To provide a farm field water management system that can shorten delay of a response to a request from an administrator terminal while avoiding exhaustion of a storage battery.SOLUTION: A farm field water management system comprises: a farm field device controller driven by a storage battery; and an administrator terminal which remotely operates the farm field device controller via a farm field water management server communicating with the farm field device controller in a prescribed cycle. The farm field device controller is equipped with a communication part and a farm field device control part. The communication part is constituted to operate in either a first communication mode of recovering from a power saving state in a first communication period to communicate with the farm field water management server and moving to a power saving state after the communication, or a second communication mode of communicating with the farm field water management server in a second communication period shorter than the first communication period and switching over to the first communication mode once a predetermined recovery time passes, and constituted to be switchable from the first communication mode to the second communication mode on the basis of a request from the farm field water management server or an operation of a power supply switch or a mode setting switch equipped in the farm field device controller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】蓄電池の消耗を回避しつつ、管理者端末からの要求に対する応答の遅れを短くすることができる圃場水管理システムを提供する。【解決手段】蓄電池で駆動される圃場機器制御装置と所定周期で通信する圃場水管理サーバを介して圃場機器制御装置を遠隔操作する管理者端末と、を備えた圃場水管理システムであって、圃場機器制御装置は通信部と圃場機器制御部とを備え、通信部は第1通信周期で省電力状態から復帰して圃場水管理サーバと通信し、通信の後に省電力状態に移行する第1通信モードと、第1通信周期より短い第2通信周期で圃場水管理サーバと通信し、所定の復帰時間が経過すると第1通信モードに切り替わる第2通信モードと、の何れかで動作するように構成され、圃場水管理サーバからの要求または圃場機器制御装置に備えた電源スイッチまたはモード設定スイッチの操作に基づいて、第1通信モードから第2通信モードに切替え可能に構成されている。【選択図】図2
