AUTONOMOUS ROBOT SYSTEM AND FACILITY MANAGEMENT METHOD

To provide an autonomous robot system capable of reducing a burden of a person performing a task while staying in a facility by appropriately and efficiently detecting and processing various countermeasure requiring states occurring in the facility by using an autonomous robot.SOLUTION: An autonomous robot system comprises: a presence management server 4 managing a presence state of a person in an office; a robot 1 autonomously traveling in the office and having a sensor detecting a target point state; and a robot control server 2 controlling operations of the robot. The robot control server controls the robot so as to move to the target point and performs state confirmation for detecting a countermeasure requiring state at the target point on the basis of a photographic image of a camera at the target point. When detecting the countermeasure requiring state, the robot control server chooses a target person requested for a task necessary for the countermeasure requiring state from among persons staying in the facility on the basis of stayer information acquired from the presence management server and requests the chosen target person for the task.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】施設内において発生する多様な要対応状態を、自律型ロボットを活用することで、適切にかつ効率的に検知して処理することで、施設に滞在して作業を実施する人物の負担を軽減できるようにする。【解決手段】オフィス内における人物の在席状況を管理する在席管理サーバ４と、オフィス内を自律走行すると共に対象地点の状態を検出するセンサを有するロボット１と、ロボットの動作を制御するロボット制御サーバ２と、を備え、ロボット制御サーバは、対象地点に移動するようにロボットを制御し、対象地点におけるカメラの撮影画像に基づいて、対象地点の要対応状態を検知する状態確認を実施し、要対応状態を検知した場合には、在席管理サーバから取得した滞在者情報に基づいて、施設内に滞在している人物の中から、要対応状態に必要な作業を依頼する対象者を選定して、その対象者に作業を依頼する処理を行う。【選択図】図３
