To provide an on-vehicle system which can improve security for protecting personal information and improve user-friendliness of service.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle system 1 comprises: an on-vehicle device 2 which is mounted on a vehicle 10 and includes an on-vehicle device storage unit capable of storing therein information; and an information processing terminal 3 which includes a terminal storage unit capable of storing therein information and is used by a user using a vehicle in which the on-vehicle device is mounted. The on-vehicle device stores at least payment information and a service ID in the on-vehicle device storage unit in the process of performing user authentication processing by the user in a state where user authentication information and input ID information are not stored.
