【課題】光硬化性樹脂組成物を用いてレンズを製造する新規な方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】基板の上に光硬化性樹脂組成物の硬化物からなる凸面形状のレンズを製造する方法であって、前記光硬化性樹脂組成物を前記基板の上に塗布して光硬化性樹脂組成物層を形成する光硬化性樹脂組成物層形成工程と、前記光硬化性樹脂組成物層を選択的に露光する露光工程と、前記露光工程の後に、前記光硬化性樹脂組成物層を現像する工程と、を有し、前記露光工程において、前記光硬化性樹脂組成物層を飽和露光量の2.0倍量以上の露光量で露光する、方法。【選択図】図1 |
