Zusammenfassung: | To provide a pressure sensor which can prevent breakage, etc., of a piezoelectric element and facilitate an assembling work.SOLUTION: The pressure sensor comprises: a cylindrical housing H for defining an axis line S; a diaphragm 50 which is fixed to the tip of the housing and receives the pressure of a pressure medium; a pressure detection member 90 composed of a first electrode 91, a piezoelectric substance 92, and a second electrode 93 which are sequentially laminated in the axial direction from the tip side inside the housing; and a first lead wire 110 and a second lead wire 120 which are connected to the first and second electrodes, respectively. The first electrode 91 includes a first body part 91a having a first bonding surface which is bonded to the piezoelectric substance, and a first extension part 91b extending from an edge region of the first body part by being bent to the side opposite the first bonding surface, and connected to the first lead wire. The second electrode 93 includes a second body part 93a having a second bonding surface which is bonded to the piezoelectric substance, and a second extension part 93b extending from an edge region of the second body part by being bent to the side opposite the second bonding surface, and connected to the second lead wire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
