To provide a physical distribution system having sufficient efficiency of physical distribution.SOLUTION: A physical distribution system has a cargo receiving information acquiring part 71 for acquiring cargo information from a cargo pickup yard, a delivery schedule creating part 72 for creating a delivery schedule, a delivery schedule temporary time calculation part 73 for calculating the delivery schedule temporary time for every cargo expected on the basis of the delivery schedule, a cargo information notification part 74 for giving a delivery approval requesting notification requesting approval of the delivery schedule temporary time to a cargo receiver corresponding to every cargo, and a notification response receiving part 75 for receiving a response to the delivery approval requesting notification.
