Zusammenfassung:To provide a technique for supporting an occupant of a vehicle to correctly cope with a case when sound (abnormal noise) different from normal sound is generated in the vehicle during traveling.SOLUTION: A computer of a vehicle diagnosis system 10 acquires sound generated in a vehicle 12 during traveling. The computer of the vehicle diagnosis system 10 diagnoses a state of the vehicle 12 based on the acquired sound.
