Zusammenfassung:To provide a manufacturing method of a cellulose fiber composition and a chemically modified cellulose fiber composition having nano size and high crystallinity with less fiber shape damages by an energy-saving method not needing strong physical pulverization.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a plastic aqueous composition includes: a step of preparing a device at least assembled with first means for supplying an ingredient, second means having a rotation element capable of forming a shear force and a projection pressure to the ingredient from the first means, and third means capable of returning the ingredient from the second means to the first means; a step of feeding a cellulose-containing pulp, a fibrillating solvent, a chemical modification agent, and a catalyst to the first means; a fibrillating step of rotating a rotation element of the second means and fibrillating by a shear force to form fibrillated and chemically modified cellulose fibers having an average fiber diameter of 2-800nm; and a step of obtaining a plastic aqueous composition with a solid content of 5-30 wt.% by applying a pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】強力な物理粉砕を必要としない省エネルギーな方法で、ナノサイズで結晶化度が高く、繊維形状の損傷が少ないセルロース繊維組成物及び化学修飾セルロース繊維組成物の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】内容物を供給するための第一手段、第一手段からの内容物にせん断力と突出圧を生じさせることができる回転要素を有する第二手段、及び第二手段からの内容物を第一手段に戻すことができる第三手段を少なくとも具備する装置を用意する工程;セルロース含有パルプ、解繊溶媒、化学修飾剤、及び触媒を第一手段に投入する工程;第二手段の回転要素を回転させ、せん断力により解繊して、平均繊維径2nm~800nmの解繊・化学修飾されたセルロース繊維を形成する解繊工程;及び圧力を加えて固形分5~30重量%の可塑性水性組成物を得る工程;を含む可塑性水性組成物の製造方法。【選択図】なし
