Zusammenfassung:	To provide an electrode body in which an active material layer has a relatively low charge transfer resistance, and a power storage element having the electrode body.SOLUTION: An electrode body includes an active material layer including an active material and a solid electrolyte, the active material layer further includes an additive, the additive includes a first structural unit in which a hydrocarbon group and an ether bond are alternately repeated, and a second structural unit in which a hydrocarbon group and an ester bond are alternately repeated.
