Zusammenfassung:	To provide an emergency medication support system supporting emergency medication, and a program.SOLUTION: An emergency medication support system includes: a user information registration processing unit that accepts registration of attribute information on other users associated with a user as family members and stores the attribute information including the user's biometric information into a user information storage unit; a medical history information registration processing unit that stores medical history information of the other users associated as the family members in a medical history information storage unit; and an ambulance team processing unit that receives biometric information from an ambulance team terminal as a search condition for a user who is an injured or sick person to be transported by the ambulance team, and searches for a matching user, and, if there is a matching user, extracts a part or all of the user's attribute information from the user information storage unit, transmits the extracted user's attribute information to the ambulance team terminal, extracts a part or all of the user's medical history information from the medical history information storage unit, and transmits the extracted user's medical history information to the ambulance team terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】救急医療を支援する救急医療支援システム及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】救急医療支援システムは、ユーザに家族として関連付けるほかのユーザの属性情報の登録を受け付けてユーザの生体情報を含む属性情報をユーザ情報記憶部に記憶させるユーザ情報登録処理部と、家族として関連付けたほかのユーザの医療履歴情報を医療履歴情報記憶部に記憶させる医療履歴情報登録処理部と、救急隊端末から、救急隊が搬送する傷病者であるユーザの検索条件として生体情報を受け付けて、合致するユーザがいるかを検索し、合致するユーザがいた場合、ユーザ情報記憶部からそのユーザの属性情報の一部又は全部を抽出して救急隊端末に送信し、医療履歴情報記憶部からそのユーザの医療履歴情報の一部又は全部を抽出して救急隊端末に送信する救急隊処理部と、を有する。【選択図】図１
