Zusammenfassung: | To provide a manufacturing method of electrostatic charge development toner capable of achieving thin line reproducibility.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of electrostatic charge image development toner which includes: toner base particles each containing binder resin and coloring agent; and external additive containing inorganic particles A having number average particle diameter of 60 nm or more and 100 nm or less and reversely charged polarity with respect to the toner base particles and inorganic particles B having number average particle diameter of 30 nm or more and 60 nm or less and equally charged polarity with respect to the toner base particle. The manufacturing method includes: a step A of mixing the toner base particle into 3.2 parts by mass or more and 4.8 parts by mass or less of the inorganic particle A to the toner base particle 100 parts by mass, and externally adding the inorganic particle A in the toner base particle; and a step B of mixing the toner base particle into 0.2 parts by mass or more and 1.7 parts by mass or less of the inorganic particle B to the toner base particle 100 parts by mass, and externally adding the inorganic particle B in the toner base particle.SELECTED DRAWING: None
