To provide an air conditioning management device which can deliver an airflow suitable for ventilation in a facility, according to the position of a blowout port of an airflow and a structure which can exhaust air, and the state of an object existing in the facility.SOLUTION: An air conditioning management device includes an information input processing part, an image processing part, an air conditioning control information setting part, and an air conditioning control part. The information input processing part inputs facility information regarding the position of a blowout port of an airflow delivered from an air conditioner and a structure which can exhaust air provided in the facility respectively. The image processing part detects the state of an object existing in the facility, based on an image imaged by an imaging device for imaging an image in the facility. The air conditioning control information setting part sets air conditioning control information for controlling the air conditioner for setting air conditioning control information for controlling the air conditioner, based on the state of the object detected by the image processing part and the position of the structure shown by the facility information.
