Zusammenfassung: | To provide a gas diffusion layer base material for an anode electrode that achieves both gas diffusivity and electrical conductivity and provides a fuel cell with high power generation performance.SOLUTION: A gas diffusion layer base material for an anode electrode (1) according to the present invention includes a material used for forming a gas diffusion layer for an anode electrode of a fuel cell, and including carbon fibers (3) and graphite particles, and when the major axis is dL and the minor axis is dS, the graphite particles include graphite particles (5) having a major axis to minor axis ratio Dr (=dL/dS) of 5 to 100. The average particle size d50 of the graphite particles (5) measured by laser diffraction method is preferably 20 to 80 μm. The surface of the gas diffusion layer base material for the anode electrode (1) may be water-repellent treated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ガス拡散性及び導電性を両立し、高い発電性能を有する燃料電池を与えるアノード極用ガス拡散層基材を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のアノード極用ガス拡散層基材(1)は、炭素繊維(3)と、黒鉛粒子とを含有する、燃料電池のアノード極用ガス拡散層の形成に用いられる素材であり、黒鉛粒子は、長径をdLとし、短径をdSとした場合に、長径と短径との比Dr(=dL/dS)が、5~100の黒鉛粒子(5)を含む。黒鉛粒子(5)のレーザー回折法による平均粒子径d50は、好ましくは20~80μmである。アノード極用ガス拡散層基材(1)の表面は、撥水処理されていてもよい。【選択図】図1 |
