Zusammenfassung: | To provide a robot for attaching a member allowing man hours to be reduced when attaching a bar-like member on a buried member.SOLUTION: A robot 100 for attaching a member attaching a bar-like member 6 on a buried member 4 provided on a ceiling surface 1 is provided with: a baggie part 10 moveable on a floor surface 2; a member attaching part 24 attaching the bar-like member 6 to the buried member 4; a rotational motor 22 rotating the member attaching part 24 around a support shaft 23 as a center; a distance sensor 51 capable of detecting inclination of the buried member 4; and a control unit 50 controlling motion of the baggie part 10, the member attaching part 24, and the rotational motor 22. The control unit 50 operates the member attaching part 24 so as to attach the bar-like member 6 to the buried member 4 after operating at least one of the rotational motor 22 and the baggie part 10 such that an inclination of the bar-like member 6 supported with the member attaching part 24 is generally coincident with the inclination of the buried member 4 detected with the distance sensor 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】埋設部材に棒状部材を取り付ける作業における工数を低減する。【解決手段】天井面1に設けられた埋設部材4に棒状部材6を取り付ける部材取付ロボット100は、床面2を移動可能な台車部10と、埋設部材4への棒状部材6の取り付けを行う部材取付部24と、支持軸23を中心に部材取付部24を回動させる回動モータ22と、埋設部材4の傾きを検出可能な距離センサ51と、台車部10、部材取付部24及び回動モータ22の作動を制御する制御部50と、を備える。制御部50は、部材取付部24により保持された棒状部材6の傾きが、距離センサ51によって検出された埋設部材4の傾きと略一致するように、回動モータ22及び台車部10の少なくとも一方を作動させてから、埋設部材4に棒状部材6を取り付けるように部材取付部24を作動させる。【選択図】図8 |
