To provide a channel device capable of avoiding protrusion of a joint component into a channel groove which is provided between two resin substrates being jointed each other.SOLUTION: A channel device (1) comprises: a first resin substrate (2) which has a channel groove (21); and a second resin substrate (3) which is joined to the first resin substrate (2) so as to cover the channel groove (21).
