Zusammenfassung:To provide a filter material for fuel, which exhibits sufficient fine particle capturing performance and can achieve a long life while maintaining durability.SOLUTION: The filter material for fuel is formed by layering three or more unwoven fabrics and has an outermost layer and an intermediate layer. A span bond fabric having basis weight of 40 g/m2 to 100 g/m2 is disposed in the outermost layer. One or more fabrics having porosities of 80%-95% are arranged in the intermediate layer. The basis weight of the intermediate layer is 70 g/m2-200 g/m2.
