Zusammenfassung: | To provide a technique for easily detaching an annular seal member accommodated in a groove part.SOLUTION: For detaching an annular seal member 5 constituting a device with a sealed space and disposed between a first abutment surface 61 of a first member and a second abutment surface of a second member, which abut on each other, the first abutment surface includes: a groove part 6 accommodating the seal member; and a gas introduction flow passage forming a flow passage in which gas flows in a space with respect to the seal member accommodated in the groove part and opened so as to protrude from an edge part of an opening of the groove part. A process of connecting a gas supply nozzle 84 to the opening of the gas introduction flow passage and a process of supplying high-pressure gas from the gas supply nozzle to the gas introduction flow passage and causing the gas to enter between the groove part and the seal member to push out the seal member from the groove part are executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7B
【課題】溝部に収容された環状のシール部材を簡便に取り外す技術を提供する。【解決手段】密閉空間を有する装置を構成し、互いに当接する第1の部材の第1の当接面61と第2の部材の第2の当接面との間に配置される環状のシール部材5を取り外すにあたり、前記第1の当接面には、前記シール部材を収容する溝部6と、前記溝部に収容された前記シール部材との間に気体が流れる流路を形成し、前記溝部の開口の縁部から突出するように開口させた気体導入流路と、が設けられている。そして、前記気体導入流路の開口に気体供給ノズル84を接続する工程と、前記気体供給ノズルから前記気体導入流路に高圧気体を供給し、前記溝部と前記シール部材との間に進入させて、前記シール部材を前記溝部から押し出す工程と、を実施する。【選択図】図7B |
