The power and charging management apparatus receives first measurement data indicating the value of power that is supplied from a low-voltage power reception facility to a power load, calculates first suppliable power data indicating the value of power that can be supplied from the low-voltage power reception facility on the basis of a rated output of the low-voltage power reception facility and the first measurement data, receives a first integrated value of power charged to the storage battery and a second integrated value of power discharged from the storage battery, and calculates, as second measurement data, the value of power that is stored into the storage battery from the first and second integrated values.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
