Zusammenfassung:	To enable a reliable and easy change into an operating condition in which a temperature can be controlled into suitable one.SOLUTION: A temperature control device includes a chiller 2 having a refrigeration cycle 11, a pump 13, and a body part side processing part (a processing device 14) so that water is supplied from the chiller 2 to a water jacket 4 to control the temperature of the body of a person wearing the water jacket 4, and a portable terminal 3 having a terminal side radio communication part and a terminal side processing part, the chiller 2 including a body part side radio communication part which can receive a control signal transmitted from the terminal side radio communication part.
