To provide a fixing device of a facility device configured by a light and small member for attaching a functional unit of the facility device to a frame body of an opening peripheral edge portion of a pipe shaft in a building.SOLUTION: A fixing device (1) installs a facility device (4) in a pipe shaft (3) in which a gas pipe, a water service pipe and the like in a building are piped, and the facility device (4) is composed of a plurality of functional units (5 and 6). The fixing device (1) fixes the plurality of functional units (5 and 6) on a metallic frame body (8) fixed to a wall portion forming the pipe shaft (3). The frame body (8) has a peripheral member (9) fixed to the wall portion, and a partitioning member (10) for partitioning an opening portion (11) formed by the peripheral member (9) into a plurality of sections (11a to 11c).
