Zusammenfassung:To insert a coil without biting an insulating member mounted in a slot when inserting the coil into the slot from the inside of a stator core.SOLUTION: A stator assembly device includes a first guide member that is inserted inside an insulating member in a slot, a second guide member that is inserted inside the insulating member and radially outside the slot relative to the first guide member, and control means for controlling movement of the first guide member and the second guide member. The first guide member is located in front of a coil to be moved by pressing means in the moving direction and is provided so as to be movable radially outward in the slot by being pushed by the coil. After the first guide member moves radially outward in the slot until it abuts or approaches the second guide member disposed on the inner diameter side, the coil is moved radially outward by the pressing means. Along with this, the plurality of second guide members are moved outward in the central axis direction of a stator core sequentially from the side closer to the first guide member and retreated from the slot.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 【課題】ステータコアの内方からスロットにコイルを挿入する際に、スロットに装着された絶縁部材を噛み込むことなく挿入可能にすること。【解決手段】スロット内の絶縁部材の内側に挿入される第1ガイド部材と、絶縁部材の内側且つ第1ガイド部材よりもスロット内の径方向外側に挿入される第2ガイド部材と、第1ガイド部材及び第2ガイド部材の移動を制御する制御手段と、を備える。第1ガイド部材は、押圧手段によって移動するコイルの移動方向の前方に位置し、コイルに押されてスロット内の径方向外側に向けて移動可能に設けられる。第1ガイド部材が、内径側に配置される第2ガイド部材に当接あるいは近接するまでスロット内の径方向外側に向けて移動した後に、押圧手段によってコイルが径方向外側に向けて移動するのに伴い、複数の第2ガイド部材を第1ガイド部材に近い側から順次ステータコアの中心軸方向外側に移動させてスロットから退避させる。【選択図】図9
