Zusammenfassung:To suppress the generation of waste solution when a number of workpiece are continuously quenched in a high-frequency quenching system.SOLUTION: A high-frequency quenching system according to the present disclosure includes a high-frequency quenching device having a cooling water tank and a decompression concentrator having a main body tank and a concentrator tank. When a work is quenched, if the concentration of the cooling water tank is lower than a prescribed concentration, a part of the cooling water in the cooling water tank is supplied to the main body tank. The supplied cooling water is decompressed in the main body tank and concentrated to a prescribed concentration. The concentrated cooling water is supplied from the main body tank to the concentrator tank. The concentrated cooling water is supplied from the concentrator tank to the cooling water tank to increase the concentration of the cooling water in the cooling water tank so that the cooling water in the cooling water tank has the prescribed concentration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本開示は、高周波焼入システムにおいて、複数のワークを連続して焼入れ処理を行う際、廃液の発生を抑制することができる。【解決手段】本開示に係る高周波焼入システムは、冷却水タンクを有する高周波焼入装置と、本体タンクと、濃縮液タンクとを有する減圧濃縮装置とを備え、ワークに焼入れ処理を行う際、冷却水タンクの濃度が所定の濃度より低い場合、冷却水タンクの冷却水の一部を本体タンクに供給し、供給された冷却水を本体タンクで減圧して所定の濃度になるように濃縮し、濃縮された冷却水を本体タンクから濃縮液タンクに供給し、冷却水タンクの冷却水が所定の濃度になるように、濃縮液タンクから冷却水タンクに濃縮された冷却水を供給して、冷却水タンクの冷却水の濃度を高くする。【選択図】図1
