To provide a semiconductor structure.SOLUTION: A semiconductor structure includes a substrate 110, a dielectric layer 120, a junction layer 130, a ground metal layer 140, and a plurality of circuit layers 150. The dielectric layer is installed on a surface of the substrate, and the surface is exposed from a plurality of openings 121 of the dielectric layer. The junction layer is installed in the dielectric layer, and a first junction part 131 of the junction layer is located in the opening. The first junction part is connected to the surface. A second junction part of the junction layer is connected to the dielectric layer. A first ground layer 141 of the ground metal layer is connected to the first junction part of the junction layer. A second ground layer 142 of the ground metal layer is connected to the second junction part of the junction layer. Each circuit layer is installed in the second junction part of the junction layer.
