To provide an electric power conversion device that allows reduction in the number of components or cost while reducing noise and also permits a reduced size.SOLUTION: An electric power conversion device that converts an input DC power and outputs it, comprises: a switching unit that converts the input power by switching of a switching element; an input cable way that inputs the DC power to the switching unit; an output cable way including a plurality of output lines that output the converted power from the switching unit; and a bypass circuit that connects the input cable way with the output cable way.
