To provide a liquid storing container and a liquid-filled container, which are easy to seal when tightly sealed, and can be prevented from damage even when stored at low temperature, and to provide a method of producing prescribed quantity of chemical solution.SOLUTION: The liquid storing container is provided with a container body having a barrel section in which a first portion is open and a closing section that is provided to a second portion of the barrel section. The barrel section has a first barrel section having a portion that constitutes an opening, and a second barrel section that is continuous with the first barrel section. The wall surface thickness of at least a portion of the first barrel section is smaller than the wall surface thickness of the second barrel section.
