To prevent a surface of a substrate from being covered by resin.SOLUTION: A motor includes a stator, a substrate provided on the stator with wiring, and a resin member covering the stator. In a direction of a rotary shaft, the substrate includes a first surface facing the stator, and a second surface. The first surface of the substrate is in contact with the resin member. The second surface of the substrate includes an inner peripheral portion and an intermediate portion between the inner peripheral portion and an outer edge portion of the substrate. A recess extending in a radial direction is formed on the intermediate portion of the second surface of the substrate.
