MOTOR COMPRESSOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD

To provide a motor compressor capable of miniaturization while suppressing deterioration in refrigeration efficiency.SOLUTION: A motor compressor 100 includes: a motor 200; a compression part 101 driven by the rotation of the motor 200, and for compressing a refrigerant; a case 107 which has an internal space where the refrigerant is filled, and which builds in the motor 200 and the compression part 101 in the internal space; and a cover 109 for covering the internal space by being connected to the case 107. The case 107 and the cover 109 are connected by a bolt 141, and a connection part 140 which is the connection part 140 formed in the case 107 and which has a bolt hole 142 where the bolt 141 is screwed.
