Zusammenfassung: | To provide a heat crimping device which shortens a time for absorbing residual heat in the vicinity of a welding part of a welding tip and an object to be fixed, and has good production efficiency.SOLUTION: A heat crimping device for thermally crimping and fixing a fixing member 1 made of resin having a protrusion 3 and a fixed object 5 having a hole through which the protrusion 3 is inserted includes: a welding tip 10 having a pressing part 17 capable of pressing a top surface and a side surface of the protrusion 3 at a tip; and a cylindrical nozzle 20 having an inner wall facing the tip of the welding tip 10 with a gap therebetween. The nozzle 20 has a cylindrical guide part 33 that forms a third air supply passage 19 that guides air from an opening 18 to an outer periphery of the pressing part 17 via a first air supply passage 11 and second air supply passages 121 and 123. This allows cooling air to be induced and sprayed directly onto a molten area near the weld for rapid cooling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 溶着チップ及び被固定物の溶着部近傍の残熱を奪う時間を短縮し、生産効率の良好な熱かしめ装置を提供する。【解決手段】 凸部3を有する樹脂からなる固定部材1と、凸部3を挿入する穴を有する被固定物5とを熱かしめ固定する熱かしめ装置は、先端に凸部3の天面及び側面を押圧可能な押圧部17を有する溶着チップ10と、溶着チップ10の先端に隙間を介して対向する内壁を有する筒状のノズル20とを備える。ノズル20は、第1エア供給通路11、第2エア供給通路121、123を経由して開口18から押圧部17の外周にエアを導く第3エア供給通路19を形成する筒状案内部33を有する。これにより、溶着近傍の溶融部に直接的に冷却エアを誘導して吹き付けて急冷することができる。【選択図】図2 |
