Zusammenfassung:To easily change at least one of a plurality of measurement ranges.SOLUTION: A pressure sensor 10 includes: a first diaphragm 21 to be deformed by receiving a first pressure P1 of a measured fluid; a second diaphragm 22 to be deformed by receiving a second pressure P2 of the measured fluid; and a plurality of differential pressure sensor chips 61-63 respectively constituted to detect a differential pressure between the first pressure P1 and the second pressure P2 and having a different measurement range.
