Zusammenfassung:To obtain a vibration reduction device that can facilitate work of engaging a weight and a spring and can absorb not only vibration in one direction but also vibration in the other direction, and a vehicle seat.SOLUTION: A vibration reduction device 10 includes a pair of springs 24 compressed in an axial direction, and a weight 22. The weight 22 includes a weight body 44 set to have a predetermined mass, and a pair of lock parts 50 provided on one side and the other side of the weight body 44 in the axial direction and integrally formed with the weight body 44.
