TOOL FOR FALLING PREVENTION AND SAFETY MONITORING SYSTEM

To provide a safety monitoring system for monitoring whether or not a tool for falling prevention is appropriately used.SOLUTION: A safety monitoring system includes: an imaging device for imaging a work site; a tool for falling prevention to be worn by a worker of the work site; and an information processing device connected communicably to the imaging device and the tool for falling prevention. The tool for falling prevention includes: a wireless tag; and a wireless reader capable of reading the wireless tag. The information processing device includes: a person detection part for detecting a person corresponding to the worker from a photographed image; a height calculation part for calculating height of a work position of the worker on the basis of the image; and a high place work determination part for determining whether or not the height is equal to or more than a prescribed threshold.
