Zusammenfassung:To provide a communication terminal and a communication system that can prevent voltage signal attenuation and are less susceptible to reflected waves in communication systems each having a plurality of communication terminals.SOLUTION: A communication terminal 100 transmits, via a signal line 60, a voltage signal in which a voltage is superimposed on a predetermined first reference voltage.
