TAPE CUTTING DEVICE

To provide a tape cutting device which is usable without limiting the place to be used and cuts a component supply tape.SOLUTION: A tape cutting device 10 includes: blades 12, 14; a blade support member 26 supporting the blades 12, 14; a tape pressing member 72 facing tips of the blades 12, 14 across a component supply tape 200; and a driving mechanism 74 generating driving force linearly moving one of the blade support member 26 and the tape pressing member 72 toward the other, and making the blades 12, 14 cut the component supply tape 200.
