Zusammenfassung:To friction-stir-weld work-pieces to each other efficiently and firmly while suppressing labor and man-hours.SOLUTION: A friction stir welding method includes a fixing step, a tack welding step S2 and a final welding step shown as follows. The fixing step includes fixing work-pieces W1 and W2 to a receiving table by pressing the work-pieces against the receiving table by a plurality of spring pins 10 spaced apart from one another. The temporary welding step S2 includes spot-welding the work-pieces W1 and W2 to each other by friction stir welding at locations different from positions of the spring pins 10. The main welding step includes line-welding the spot-welded work-pieces W1 and W2 to each other by friction stir welding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】手間や工数を抑えつつ、効率的に強くワークどうしを摩擦攪拌接合する。【解決手段】摩擦攪拌接合方法は、次に示す固定工程と仮付け工程S2と本接合工程とを有する。固定工程では、互いに離間し合う複数のスプリングピン10により、ワークW1,W2を受け台に押圧して固定する。仮付け工程S2では、スプリングピン10とは別の個所において、ワークW1,W2どうしを摩擦攪拌接合により点接合する。本接合工程では、点接合されたワークW1,W2どうしを、摩擦攪拌接合により線接合する。【選択図】図8
