Zusammenfassung:To provide a cooling drum for freezing granules that prevents the frozen granules from remaining inside, and a rotary freezer.SOLUTION: A cooling drum 100 for freezing granules is provided with an inlet 111 through which granules are introduced, and an outlet 122 which is positioned on the side of the drum opposite to the inlet 111 and through which the granules are discharged. The cooling drum 100 for freezing granules includes a first cylindrical section 110 which has a first inner surface 115 formed from a first material, and a second cylindrical section 120 which has a second inner surface 124 formed from a second material and positioned on the outlet 122 side of the first cylindrical section 110.
