To provide a battery pack capable of improving the sealability of a case while suppressing excessive increase in cost.SOLUTION: A battery pack comprises: a plurality of battery cells arranged in a first direction; and a case that has an inner space for housing the plurality of battery cells. The case includes: a first member; a second member that forms the inner space together with the first member; and a sealing part that seals a junction between the first member and the second member. The first member has a first portion abutting on the sealing part. The second member has a second portion opposed to the first portion via the sealing part. Each of the plurality of battery cells has: a top face where an electrode terminal is provided; and a bottom face opposed to the top face in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. The first member and the second member have portions aligned with each other in an extending direction of a first plane orthogonal to the second direction.
