Zusammenfassung:To provide a lid body that enables a container to be re-sealed stably and easily.SOLUTION: A lid body according to one embodiment, which seals an opening of a container that contains an instant food which hot water is poured in to be is cooked, comprises a main body part that is attached to an end part of the opening of the container, a first picking piece extending outward from the main body part and a second picking piece extending outward from the main body part.
