Zusammenfassung:To make reduction of a battery performance caused by short-circuiting a cathode side and an anode side hard to occur by avoiding falling of an active material layer as further as possible, to attain lifetime prolongation and to shorten a manufacture time by saving labor during manufacture while improving accuracy of an arrangement position of each section.SOLUTION: A cathode active material layer 111b includes a cathode active material 111b and an anode active material layer 112b includes an anode active material 112b, respectively. Both or any one of the cathode active material layer 111b and the anode active material layer 112Bb includes an active material frame 170. The active material frame 170 includes an active material holding section 173 and a frame section 175.
