Zusammenfassung: | To provide an electromagnetic shield structure which has good connection workability, and also has excellent wiring workability thereafter.SOLUTION: In an electromagnetic shield pipe 1, a resin inner layer 3 is formed on the innermost layer, a metal layer 5 is formed on the outer periphery of the inner layer 3, and a resin outer layer 7 is formed on the outer periphery of the metal layer 5. In the electromagnetic shield pipe 1, the outer layer 7 is removed from the end by a predetermined length. Specifically, the metal layer 5 is exposed only in a predetermined range to the end of the electromagnetic shield pipe 1. The end of the electromagnetic shield pipe 1 is inserted to the end of a braided wire 13. A brazing material 11 arranged in an overlapping part of the electromagnetic shield pipe 1 and the braided wire 13 is melted, and the electromagnetic shield pipe 1 and the braided wire 13 are joined to each other by brazing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】 接続作業性が良好であり、その後の配策作業性にも優れた電磁シールド構造等を提供する。【解決手段】 電磁シールド管1は、最内層に樹脂製の内層3が形成され、内層3の外周に金属層5が形成され、金属層5の外周に樹脂製の外層7が形成される。電磁シールド管1は、端部から所定の長さだけ、外層7が除去される。すなわち、電磁シールド管1の端部には、所定の範囲だけ金属層5が露出する。電磁シールド管1の端部が編組線13の端部に挿入される。電磁シールド管1と編組線13との重なり部に配置されているロウ材11を溶融させて、電磁シールド管1と編組線13とがロウ付けにより接合される。【選択図】図4 |
