Zusammenfassung:To provide a nitrification system, a synthesis system and a method for continuously synthesizing permanent violet.SOLUTION: A nitrification system includes an ethyl carbazole dissolving kettle, a micro-reactor, and a reaction liquid receiving tank which are connected in sequence. The ethyl carbazole dissolving kettle is provided with an ethyl carbazole feeding opening and an orthodichlorobenzene feeding opening. The micro-reactor is provided with a nitric acid feeding opening. A discharging opening of the reaction liquid receiving tank is used for outputting a nitration product containing 3-nitro-N-ethyl carbazole. The synthesis system comprises a nitration system and a hydrogenation reduction system. The hydrogenation reduction system comprises a reduction dehydration kettle, a hydrogenation reduction kettle, a dehydration kettle condensation reaction kettle, and a closed-loop reaction kettle which are connected in sequence. A feeding opening of the reduction dehydration kettle communicates with an oil phase discharge opening of a water diversion tank. The nitration system and the synthesis system can improve intrinsic safety of nitration reaction, increase a raw material conversion rate, and effectively increase a product yield.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】パーマネントバイオレットの連続合成のための硝化システム、合成システム及び方法を提供する。【解決手段】硝化システムは、順に接続されたエチルカルバゾール溶解釜と、マイクロリアクターと、反応液受入タンクとを含み、エチルカルバゾール溶解釜にはエチルカルバゾール添加口とo-ジクロロベンゼン添加口とが設けられ、マイクロリアクターに硝酸添加口が設けられ、反応液受入タンクの排出口は3-ニトロ-N-エチルカルバゾールを含む硝化生成物を送り出すために用いられる。合成システムは硝化システムと水素化還元システムとを含み、水素化還元システムは順に接続された還元脱水釜と、水素化還元釜と、脱水釜縮合反応釜と、閉環反応釜とを含み、還元脱水釜の添加口が水分離槽の油相排出口に連通する。硝化システム、合成システムは硝化反応の固有の安全性を向上させ、原料の転化率を向上させ、生成物の収率を効果的に向上させることができる。【選択図】図1
