To satisfactorily perform local injection while keeping performances of dissecting and peeling a tissue.SOLUTION: An endoscope treatment tool includes; a sheath 9 having a first lumen 921 opened at a distal end; an electrode 11 inserted into the first lumen 921 and having a second lumen 113 opened at a distal end; and a needle member 13 inserted into the second lumen 113.
