To provide a sleep promotion device using electric vibration.SOLUTION: A sleep promotion device includes a stimulation part 20 coming into contact with a person to apply electric vibration, and a control part 22 for controlling the electric vibration. As the frequency of the electric vibration, the sleep promotion device alternately applies low frequency from 1 to 1,200 Hz and high frequency of 10,000 Hz or more. The stimulation part 20 emits the low frequency from 1 to 1,200 Hz and high frequency of 10,000 Hz or more.
