Zusammenfassung:	To provide an information processing system, an occupation rate calculation method, and a program which can calculate an occupation rate suitable according to a commodity accommodated in a shelf stage.SOLUTION: A shelf stage management system S acquires size information of a shelf stage and size information of an accommodated commodity accommodated in the shelf stage, determines an occupation rate at which the accommodated commodity occupies the shelf stage on the basis of at least the size information of the shelf stage and the size information of the accommodated commodity, and corrects the occupation rate with a revision coefficient according to the accommodated commodity to calculate a correction occupation rate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】棚段に収容されている商品に応じて適切な占有率を算出することが可能な情報処理システム、占有率算出方法、及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】棚段管理システムＳは、棚段のサイズ情報、及び棚段に収容されている収容商品のサイズ情報を取得し、少なくとも棚段のサイズ情報及び収容商品のサイズ情報に基づいて、収容商品が棚段に占める占有率を求め、収容商品に応じた補正係数により占有率を補正することで補正占有率を算出する【選択図】図７
