Zusammenfassung:	To provide a laminate and release paper which are excellent in improvement of extrusion lamination and embossment workability, and crack resistance and curl suppression while maintaining heat resistance and releasability that are features of a 4-methyl-1-pentene-based polymer.SOLUTION: A laminate has a layer containing a resin composition (X) containing 50-90 pts.mass of a 4-methyl-1-pentene-based polymer (A) satisfying a specific requirement, 5-40 pts.mass of a propylene polymer (B), and 5-30 pts.mass of a 4-methyl-1-pentene-α-olefin copolymer (C) satisfying a specific requirement (where the total of (A)+(B)+(C) is 100 pts.mass), and a base material paper layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本発明の目的は、４－メチル－１－ペンテン系重合体の特徴である耐熱性および離型性を維持しつつ、押出ラミネート性、エンボス加工性の向上、耐クラック性、およびカール抑制に優れる積層体および離型紙を得ることにある。【解決手段】本発明は、特定要件を満たす４－メチル－１－ペンテン系重合体（Ａ）５０～９０質量部と、プロピレン重合体（Ｂ）５～４０質量部、および特定要件を満たす４－メチル－１－ペンテン・α－オレフィン共重合体（Ｃ）５～３０質量部〔ただし、（Ａ）＋（Ｂ）＋（Ｃ）の合計を１００質量部とする。〕を含む樹脂組成物（Ｘ）を含有する層と、基材紙層とを有する積層体にかかわる。【選択図】なし
