Zusammenfassung: | To provide a method capable of easily and efficiently producing a 2-(fluoroalkyl)nicotinic acid derivative used as an intermediate for producing a pest control agent.MEANS: There is provided a method which comprises: reacting a 6-(fluoroalkyl)-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyran-5-carboxylic acid ster derivative (3) with an ammonium compound or ammonia in the presence of a base to obtain a 2-(fluoroalkyl)nicotinic acid ester derivative represented by the formula (4); followed by hydrolysis, without isolation of the 2-(fluoroalkyl)nicotinic acid ester derivative to obtain a 2-(fluoroalkyl)nicotinic acid derivative represented by the formula (5). 【課題】有害生物防除剤の製造中間体となる2-(フルオロアルキル)ニコチン酸誘導体を簡便に効率よく製造することができる製造方法を提供すること。【手段】6-(フルオロアルキル)-3,4-ジヒドロ-2H-ピラン-5-カルボン酸エステル誘導体(3)を塩基存在下に、アンモニウム化合物又はアンモニアと反応させることで式(4)で表される2-(フルオロアルキル)ニコチン酸エステル誘導体を得、このものを単離することなく加水分解することによって式(5)で表される2-(フルオロアルキル)ニコチン酸誘導体を得ることを特徴とする製造する方法。【化1】TIFF2023063619000012.tif36166(式中、Rfは、前記と同じ意味を表す。)【選択図】なし |
